5 mai 2011… j’ai 25 ans, et je suis en Australie !

J’ai eu la chance de fêter cet anniversaire avec Johann et une collègue le midi. Maria-Isabel avait ramené à déjeuner, et aussi un gâteau avec des bougies.

5th May 2011... I'm turning 25, and I'm in Australia!

I was happy to celebrate this birthday with Johann and a collegue during lunch time. Maria-Isabel brought some lunch and a cake with candles.

Le soir, Johann et moi avons fêté mon anniversaire pour la troisième fois tous les deux ! J’ai eu un autre gâteau (au chocolat cette fois) avec des bougies et comme cadeau, une jolie bouillotte, pour supporter encore un petit peu le froid des collines d’ici.

In the evening, Johann and I celebrated my birthday for the third time together! I had another cake (a chocolate one) with some candles. He also gave me a cute pink hot water bottle, to keep me warm during the last days we have to spend here.

Le week end, Johann m’a emmenée à Brisbane où on a assisté à la première de Grease sur scène ! C’était super ! Et aussi une première aussi pour nous deux qui n’avions jamais encore vu de comédie musicale. C’était très impressionnant : les personnages sont à la fois acteurs, très bons danseurs et excellents chanteurs !

For the weekend, Johann took me to Brisbane, where we saw the première of Grease on stage! It was awesome! It was the first time we saw a musical. I was really impressed by the performance : performers are at the same time actors, very good dansers and excellent singers!

On a pu goûter au côté VIP : champagne et photo pour le Sunday Mail ! On essaiera de voir si notre photo a été choisie pour le journal de cette semaine…

We felt a bit like VIP : champagne and photo taken for the Sunday Mail! We'll see if they chose our picture to be in this week's paper...
